The hotel was located right on the Viaduct, close to numerous restaurants and bars. The room was spacious, modern, and well appointed with stylish decor. Staff at reception and housekeeping were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast included good options, with hot chips being exceptional. Early check-in was available, allowing immediate access to rooms with balconies overlooking the area.
