The hotel was located in the central business district, just minutes from the Tower, park, and Viaduct district. Public transportation stops were very close, offering a variety of bus options. The front desk staff provided prompt and helpful service, including early check-in when rooms were ready. Rooms were spacious following an unexpected upgrade. Facilities such as washing machines and dishwashers functioned well throughout the stay.
