The apartment offered a great location close to central Auckland with easy access to the harbour and main streets. It was clean, well furnished, and equipped with appliances including an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The building was well maintained and featured amenities such as an indoor pool, gym, and sauna. Plenty of space was available in the apartment along with a comfortable bed and balcony.
