Good communication from the owner and lovely amenable hosts who provided homemade food were appreciated. The apartment was cozy, comfortable, with a lot of space including bedrooms on separate floors for quietness, air conditioning and heat pumps upstairs and downstairs, a huge TV screen, Nespresso machine, veranda off the upstairs bedroom, and parking space. The location was very quiet yet close to Takapuna city center, restaurants, shops, beach within 10 minutes walk and AUT North Campus nearby. Early check-in was allowed after a long flight which helped avoid rush hour traffic.
