The hotel offered modern, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. The location was perfect, situated in the central CBD with many cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. Communication was seamless, and an ocean view room upgrade was provided along with welcoming birthday desserts. Facilities were well maintained and clean.
