Exceptional cleanliness and spacious bedrooms were complemented by a well-equipped kitchen with basics and a full laundry including washer and dryer. Heat pumps were in most rooms, and air conditioning was available. The house had two bathrooms with showers, outside decks-one covered and one open upstairs-and off-street parking was handy. The location was just a short walk to the beach, playground, restaurants, and close to the car ferry departure point for Waiheke Island. A small TV area upstairs provided evening entertainment with paid TV options.
