The Boathouse featured a rustic charm and was beautifully finished with a relaxing atmosphere. The location on the water offered exceptional sea views and picturesque tides. Facilities were excellent, including secure off-street parking. Large picture windows overlooked the sea and Auckland city in the distance. An outside awning allowed comfortable observation of local birdlife during tide changes.
