The apartment featured a full-sized kitchen and bathroom that were used daily. It was modern, clean, and well equipped with quality furniture and linen. The location was central, within walking distance to the harbour, Sky Tower, cafes, restaurants, and bus stops. Small touches like chocolate fish, mint biscuits, and espresso pods were provided on arrival. A washing machine was available in the unit for added convenience.
