The concierge staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful during check-in. A staff member went out of her way to gift soft toys despite nearing the end of her shift. The rooms were spacious, clean, and featured comfortable beds with pleasurable decor. Housekeeping maintained a tidy environment throughout the stay. The hotel offered an available restaurant, bar, and free water station in a central location accessible to all parts of Auckland.
