Modern, beautifully maintained house had a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-range appliances, washing machine, and dryer. Spacious bedrooms included an upstairs room with a Super King sized bed and private ensuite plus two Queen sized bedrooms downstairs. The house had a heat pump and HVAC system that kept it warm and dry. Communication with the host Xichen was consistent and efficient, who also provided gifts and treats. The location was great, close to Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre within a 10-minute walk or by water, near Sylvia Park shopping center, and convenient for motorway access.
