The facilities were excellent, with a relaxing interior and clean rooms. The pool and spa areas were highly praised, alongside well-stocked bathrooms and comfortable beds with quality linen. Location was convenient, close to shopping streets, restaurants, and the ferry terminal within walking distance. Breakfast offered a good variety with an exceptional buffet selection. Concierge service was noted as exceptional throughout the stay.
