Helpful staff at reception and the apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious with a comfortable bed, nice kitchen area without mixing bowls, lovely bathroom with bath and shower, washing machine tucked away with airer in wardrobe. Great location close to everything for walking around Auckland and easy access to places of interest, car parking was available. Facilities included a spa, swimming pool, sauna and two gyms but no windows or air conditioning made it stuffy inside requiring use of a fan at night. The key collection required going to another address which was difficult to find as the apartment was located in the Heritage Auckland Hotel without clear listing information.
