A modern studio apartment was located centrally, close to Ponsonby Road with its shops, restaurants, and cafes. The building offered secure and easy access with great parking facilities. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, well appointed with a comfortable bed, kitchenette, heated bathroom floor, and excellent soundproofing. A small balcony provided a pleasant space to enjoy coffee from the nearby café. Woolworths supermarket was conveniently situated just across the road.
