Quiet place, clean and tidy. Bed was very comfy. Host explained everything well, friendly and helpful with directions. Nice view from the property. Private deck outside the room with table and chairs, if weather is good. Carried luggage to the car, appreciated that. Good for a short stay in Auckland area.
