The location was very convenient, situated at the top-end of Queen Street. The hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms with fresh sheets and twin beds as requested. A 24/7 front desk provided easy check-in and helpful service. Wi-fi was good, and a small TV featured free-to-air channels. Basic hot beverages were available, though no cutlery or teaspoons were provided.
